Onxeera is now a full AI search visibility platform: four new tools (Prompt Research, Citation Builder, Brand Knowledge and AI Reputation) join the AI Visibility Checker and AI Visibility Fixer. Together they help you see how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude talk about your business, find where you are missing, fix the causes and build the sources AI engines rely on.

Why an AI search visibility platform, not one more checker?

A single audit tells you where you stand today. It does not tell you which questions matter to your customers, which websites AI engines trust in your market, or whether an assistant is giving out your old phone number. After an audit, the natural next questions are: “Which prompts should I care about?”, “Why is my competitor named and not me?”, “What do I actually change?”

Most AI visibility tools and GEO tools stop at a score. The new tools answer those follow-up questions. They are built around one simple loop.

The Monitor, Discover, Fix, Grow loop

  1. Monitor: see whether AI engines mention you, and whether what they say is correct. (AI Visibility Checker, Prompt Research tracking, AI Reputation)
  2. Discover: find the prompts where competitors are named and you are not, and the pages engines cite for those answers. (Prompt Research, Citation Builder)
  3. Fix: correct the problems on your own site and in your business facts. (AI Visibility Fixer, Brand Knowledge)
  4. Grow: earn mentions on the third-party sources AI engines already cite, then re-check to confirm. (Citation Builder)

Then you go back to Monitor and measure again. No tool can promise that an AI assistant will mention you. What a steady loop does is improve the odds and show you, with evidence, what changed.

Prompt Research: the questions your customers actually ask

Prompt Research starts with the questions customers type into AI assistants, such as “best family dentist in Austin” or “accounting software for small agencies in Dubai”. You add your prompts, and Onxeera asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude through their official APIs with web search turned on.

For each answer it stores:

  • the full answer text
  • which brands were mentioned, and in what order
  • the sources the engine cited

Each prompt gets an opportunity score: intent weight × competitor presence × (1 − your mention rate). High-intent prompts where competitors appear and you do not rise to the top. Gaps, meaning answers where a competitor is named and you are not, are listed separately so you know where to start.

On paid plans, prompts are tracked automatically: Starter tracks 10 prompts monthly, Professional 25 weekly and Agency 80 weekly. That makes it the simplest way to track your brand in ChatGPT and the other engines (here is how to track brand mentions manually if you want to compare). For a deeper walkthrough, read how to find the questions your customers ask ChatGPT.

Citation Builder: the pages AI engines lean on

When an AI engine searches the web, it cites pages. Those pages shape the answer. Citation Builder lists the pages that were cited for your prompts and reads each one live to check whether it mentions you, your competitors, or neither.

Gaps come first: pages that mention competitors but not you. Each gap comes with an action guide for its type, whether it is a directory, a “best of” list, an article or a community thread. On Starter and above you also get outreach drafts with clear [placeholders] for you to fill in, so nothing is sent with made-up details.

A gap is marked “Verified” only after a re-check actually finds your brand on the page. To understand which sources tend to show up, see which websites ChatGPT cites.

Brand Knowledge: one source of truth for your facts

AI engines piece together who you are from many places. If your website, profiles and directories disagree, the answer can come out wrong. Brand Knowledge gives you one fact profile covering identity, services, locations, profiles and FAQs.

  • It can pre-fill empty fields from your own website.
  • It checks your site for missing facts and conflicting details.
  • It outputs a connected schema.org JSON-LD graph and a FAQPage block.
  • On Starter and above it also generates an llms.txt file, key-facts HTML and consistent descriptions you can reuse across profiles.

AI Reputation: what AI says when someone asks about you

AI Reputation asks the brand questions people use before they buy or call: “What is X?”, “How can I contact X?” It shows whether each engine recognises your business at all.

It then compares the answers with your Brand Knowledge profile and flags a wrong phone number, website, email or founding year, together with the exact quote and the sources the engine cited.

On Starter and above you can add an optional AI review of the overall tone, clearly labelled “AI-assessed”. Alerts appear on your dashboard, and email alerts are sent at most once a week. If an assistant is already getting your details wrong, start with what to do when ChatGPT has wrong information about your business.

How the new tools connect to the Checker and Fixer

The AI Visibility Checker remains the quick starting point: an audit of your brand across AI engines with a GEO score. The AI Visibility Fixer scans your live site for crawler access, schema, entity signals, FAQs, local signals and profiles, lists each issue with evidence, generates fixes and lets you re-test to verify.

The new tools feed into that work:

  • Prompt Research shows which questions you are missing from. The Fixer and Brand Knowledge help fix the on-site reasons.
  • Citation Builder covers the off-site reasons: the pages engines cite that do not mention you yet.
  • AI Reputation checks that the facts you set in Brand Knowledge are the facts engines repeat.

Our honest data principles

AI answers vary by engine, wording, location, time and personalisation, and API answers can differ from what someone sees in a consumer app. We would rather show you less than show you something misleading. So we follow a few rules:

  • Real answers only. Every result comes from a real answer returned by an engine’s official API. We do not simulate or estimate answers.
  • No rate from a single answer. A mention rate is shown only after at least 3 answers. One answer is a snapshot, not a trend.
  • “Data unavailable” instead of guesses. If an engine fails or a page cannot be read, you see “Data unavailable”, not a filled-in number.
  • AI opinions are labelled. Anything that is an AI’s judgement rather than a measured fact is marked “AI-assessed”.
  • Verified means re-checked. A citation is only “Verified” after we find your brand on the page again.

For how to read these numbers over time, see how to measure AI visibility improvements.

Plans and getting started

There is a Free plan, so you can try the AI visibility tools before paying. Paid plans are Starter at $19/month, Professional at $49/month and Agency at $99/month, with automatic prompt tracking and the extra outputs noted above. Our free AI Crawler Checker and AI Schema Generator remain available too.

A sensible first week:

  1. Run the AI Visibility Checker to get a baseline.
  2. Add 10 to 20 real customer questions to Prompt Research.
  3. Fill in Brand Knowledge and fix the conflicts it finds.
  4. Open Citation Builder and pick three gaps to work on.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI engines does Onxeera check?

Prompt Research asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude through their official APIs with web search turned on. Answers can differ from consumer apps, which is why Onxeera stores the full answer and cited sources so you can see exactly what each engine returned.

Can Onxeera guarantee that ChatGPT will mention my business?

No. No AI company publishes how it chooses which brands to mention, and no tool can promise a mention. Onxeera shows where you appear, where competitors appear instead, and which fixes and sources are most likely to improve your odds, then re-checks to measure change.

Why does Onxeera wait for 3 answers before showing a mention rate?

AI answers vary from one run to the next. A rate based on a single answer would swing between 0 and 100 percent and mislead you. Waiting for at least 3 answers gives a more stable picture before any rate appears.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Onxeera has a Free plan, plus Starter at $19 per month, Professional at $49 and Agency at $99. Automatic prompt tracking and extras such as llms.txt, outreach drafts and AI-assessed reviews are on Starter and above.
