Know what AI tells people about your business.
When customers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude about you, do they get your real phone number, your real website and a fair description? Track every answer, catch wrong details, and fix them at the source.
Every answer, checked against your facts.
Does AI know you?
The share of answers that clearly recognise your business, and the ones where AI says it has no information about you.
Wrong details
A phone number, website, email or founding year that isn't yours, quoted from the answer, with the sources the engine cited.
How you're portrayed
Optional AI review of sentiment and each claim: matches your facts, contradicts them, or isn't covered. Always labelled AI-assessed.
Services AI mentions
Which of your services AI talks about, and which it leaves out.
Alerts
Dashboard alerts and an email when a new answer gets a detail wrong.

AI reputation questions
What does the AI Reputation Monitor check?
It asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude questions about your business, such as "What is [your business]?" and "How can I contact [your business]?", and checks each real answer: does AI recognise you, and does it state a phone number, website, email or founding year that differs from your saved facts?
How do you know what is wrong?
You save your real facts once in Brand Knowledge. Each answer is compared with them using exact checks (numbers, web addresses, years), so a "wrong phone number" means the answer contains a number that is not yours, with the sentence quoted.
What is the AI review?
On paid plans you can ask Claude to review an answer: how it portrays your business (positive, neutral, mixed or negative) and whether each claim matches, contradicts or is not covered by your facts. These results are labelled "AI-assessed" because they are an AI's judgement, not an exact check.
Can you change what AI says?
No one can edit an AI's answer directly. AI engines repeat what they find on the web, so the fix is to correct the sources: your website, structured data, Google Business Profile and listings. We show the sources each answer cited, then you ask again to confirm the change.
Will I be told when something goes wrong?
Yes. Wrong details appear in your dashboard alerts, and we email you when a new answer contains one (at most once a week per website, and you can turn emails off).
