For local businesses

Get recommended when customers ask AI for the best near them.

"Best dentist in Islamabad." "Good accountant in Austin." "Family restaurant near Dubai Marina." Find out why AI assistants aren't naming your business for questions like these, and fix it location by location.

What we check for every location

The local signals AI needs to trust you.

01

LocalBusiness data

Is your business type, address, phone, opening hours and service area stated in structured data, using the most specific type (Dentist, Plumber, Restaurant…)?

02

Location mentions & pages

Does your homepage say where you work? Is there a dedicated page for each city or branch, linked from the homepage?

03

Name, address, phone

Are your contact details visible on the site, so they can be matched with your Google Business Profile and listings?

04

Customer questions

Do you answer the questions people ask before choosing a local provider: prices, availability, insurance, parking, emergencies?

05

Trusted profiles

Which review sites, maps and local directories link to your competitors but not to you?

06

AI crawler access

Can ChatGPT search, Claude, Perplexity, Google and Bing actually read your site? Many small business sites block them by accident.

How it works

Add your locations. Get a fix list for each.

Enter your website, business type and the cities you serve. The AI Visibility Fixer scans your live site, flags what's missing for each location, and generates the fixes: LocalBusiness schema, location page plans and local FAQs. When you've made the changes, re-test and see what's resolved.

Local AI visibility questions

How does AI decide which local business to recommend?

No AI company publishes its exact method. In practice, assistants lean on what they can read and verify: a clear business entity (name, category, address, phone), pages that clearly say which city you serve, answers to the questions customers ask, and consistent information on trusted third-party profiles such as Google Business Profile, Bing Places, review sites and local directories.

Is a Google Business Profile enough?

It is one of the most important sources, but AI assistants also read your website and other listings. If your site never mentions your city, has no LocalBusiness data or contradicts your profile, you make it harder for them to be confident about you.

I serve several cities. What should I do?

Create one genuinely useful page per location with that branch's address, services, local FAQs and directions, link each from your homepage and footer, and list every city in your LocalBusiness areaServed. The Fixer checks each location you add separately.

Can Onxeera show me who AI recommends in my city today?

Yes. In Prompt Research you add questions with a location, such as "best dentist in Lahore", and Onxeera asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude through their APIs with web search on. You see who each answer mentions and which sites it cites. These are API answers; the consumer apps can personalise results, so treat them as a strong signal rather than an exact copy of what every person sees.
