Onxeera (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates onxeera.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted form).
Audit data. When you use the AI Visibility Checker, Competitor Analyzer, or Content Optimizer, we collect the website URLs, brand names, industries, and content you submit in order to run the audit and show you results.
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. We do not store your full card number, CVC, or other sensitive payment details on our own servers — Lemon Squeezy handles this in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We do receive and store your subscription status, plan, and billing email from Lemon Squeezy in order to manage your account.
Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, audit history, and approximate location (via IP address), using tools such as Google Analytics.
Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly without them.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running the AI audits you request
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send you service-related emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, password resets)
- Send product updates or marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time
- Monitor and analyze usage to improve the Service
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
3. How Audit Data Is Processed
To generate AI visibility audits, the website URLs, brand names, and content you submit are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API for analysis, which may include real-time web searches of the URLs and brand names you provide. This data is processed to generate your audit results and is subject to Anthropic’s own data handling practices for API usage. We do not sell this data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We share information with the following categories of service providers, only as needed for them to perform their function:
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI analysis powering our audit tools
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics
- Email service providers — transactional and marketing emails
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Audit history is retained so you can track your progress over time, unless you request deletion. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for a reasonable period in case you reactivate, after which it may be deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

Onxeera is operated from Pakistan and serves customers globally. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including Pakistan and the United States (where some of our service providers operate).
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and secure connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
