Changelog

New features, improvements, fixes, and announcements — as they actually happened.

Current version: v1.28.2

Real PDF and CSV downloads

Reports now download as real PDF files and Excel-ready CSV files.

PDF buttons in Reports, the AI Visibility Checker, the Competitor Analyzer and the AI Visibility Fixer now download a branded PDF file directly (no print dialog). CSV files open cleanly in Excel and Google Sheets. White-label branding on Pro and Agency applies to the PDF.

Easier, faster dashboard on every screen

Every tool now explains how it works, Onxeera AI opens full screen, and the dashboard fits phones and tablets better.

Each dashboard tool has a short "How this tool works" guide with where its numbers come from. Onxeera AI fills the screen and has a Full screen mode. The search box finds tools, settings and saved audits; the bell opens Alerts and the ? button opens help. AI Visibility now shows your latest audit straight away, Prompt Research and Fixer cards stack neatly on phones, and audit results always appear inside the dashboard.

One audit now sets up every tool

Run an audit while signed in and Onxeera also scans your site, starts your brand profile, adds customer questions and asks AI engines about you.

After the score appears, a "Full check across your tools" card works through each tool for the same website: the AI Visibility Fixer scan, your Brand Knowledge profile (started from facts on your website), customer and brand questions in Prompt Research and Reputation, and one live question to each connected AI engine. Each step follows your plan limits and links straight to that tool.

AI Visibility audits now check your live website

Every audit loads your site first and shows what it found, so the analysis rests on facts.

Before the AI analysis runs, Onxeera now checks your homepage, robots.txt, sitemap, About page, schema markup and llms.txt. The results appear in a new "Measured on your site" card, and your Technical Foundation score is now calculated from these checks instead of being estimated. Per-engine visibility scores are still AI-estimated and labelled that way.

Faster pages

The checkout script now loads only on the pricing page, and images are much smaller.

Pages that do not sell anything no longer load the Lemon Squeezy checkout script, and logos, icons and team photos were compressed (the app icon went from 185 KB to 25 KB).

Fairer free-audit limits and HTTPS hardening

Free audit limits now count each visitor separately, and browsers are told to always use HTTPS.

When the site runs behind Cloudflare, limits and login protection now use your real IP address instead of Cloudflare's, so one visitor can no longer use up everyone's free audits. HTTPS pages also send a Strict-Transport-Security header.

GEO Mission Control: What's Changed, Next Best Action & Top Opportunities

Your dashboard now surfaces a ranked, real-data summary of what changed and what to do next.

The Overview page now shows a "What's Changed" strip comparing your two most recent audits and competitor comparisons, a "Next Best Action" banner, and a ranked "Top Opportunities" list — all computed directly from your own saved audit and competitor data, never a second, separate guess.

Competitor sub-score gap breakdown

See exactly where you're ahead or behind competitors, sub-score by sub-score.

The Competitor Analyzer's "Engine-by-Engine Comparison" card now shows your real Content Quality, Brand Authority, Technical Foundation, AI Readability, and Citation Strength scores against your competitors' average, whenever enough real comparison data exists — falling back to a clearly labeled sample only when it doesn't.

Onxeera AI: 7-day and 30-day plan generation

Ask Onxeera AI for a step-by-step plan built from your own real opportunities.

Onxeera AI (Beta) can now generate a structured 7-day or 30-day checklist, with each step tied to a real opportunity or recommendation already in your account. If you don't have enough real data yet, it says so instead of inventing steps.

Weekly GEO digest email & unified Alerts panel

An optional weekly email summary, and one consolidated Alerts panel instead of three separate ones.

If you've opted in under Settings → Notifications, you can now receive a weekly email summarizing real score and competitor-position changes — it's skipped entirely when there's nothing real to report. The dashboard Alerts panel now shows the same ranked opportunities and next-best-action data as the Overview page, instead of a third independent computation.

Real PDF-style report export

Every saved audit now has a clean, print-ready report view you can save as a PDF.

Your Reports panel now includes a "PDF" button per audit. (Since replaced by direct PDF file downloads.)

Overview page now shows your real scores, not placeholders

Per-engine scores, recommendations, and trend charts on the Overview page are now wired to your real data.

The Overview page's per-engine averages, recommendations list, and score trend chart now render your actual saved results end-to-end.

Simplified dashboard navigation

A flatter, clearer 12-item sidebar covering everything from Overview to Settings.

Billing, API Keys, Integrations, and Preferences now live inside the Settings panel's existing tabs instead of separate top-level nav items, reducing sidebar clutter.

Clarified Team vs. Clients

Inviting teammates and managing client workspaces are now clearly described as two separate things.

Settings → Team (inviting people to help manage your own account) and the top-level Clients panel (managing separate client brand workspaces on Agency plans) are cross-linked so it's clear which one you want.

Visual consistency pass

One consistent brand color across the entire site — homepage, dashboard, tools, and emails.

Brand color and accent tones are now consistent across every page, tool widget, and transactional email, after finding leftover instances of the previous color scheme.

Content Optimizer no longer shows a fake "improved" score

Your optimized content score now reflects real analysis, not a guaranteed increase.

Previously, the score shown after running the Content Optimizer was calculated as an always-increasing number rather than the real score returned by analysis. It now always shows your real, current score.

Free-tier usage limits now enforced correctly

Competitor comparisons and content optimizations now correctly count against your monthly free-tier usage.

A billing usage-tracking gap meant free-tier competitor comparisons and content optimizations weren't being counted, allowing more free usage than intended. Usage is now tracked and enforced consistently across all three tools.

Billing usage widget now shows real numbers

Settings → Billing now reflects your actual monthly usage instead of a fixed placeholder.

The "This Month's Usage" widget previously showed the same fixed numbers for every account regardless of real activity. It now displays your real audit, competitor, and optimization usage for the month.

Trend charts no longer use random placeholder data

History charts on the Visibility Checker and Competitor Analyzer now use your real check history.

Trend charts on these two tools previously generated randomized placeholder data on every load. They now draw from your real, saved check history, with an honest empty state when there isn't enough history yet.

"Delete Account" now actually deletes your account

Account deletion is now a real, permanent action with server-side confirmation.

Account deletion previously only logged you out without removing any data. It now permanently deletes your saved audits, competitor comparisons, and your account itself, with server-side confirmation of the deletion request.

Added a safeguard against accidental admin lockout

Site administrator accounts are protected from accidental self-deletion.

The account-deletion flow now includes a guard preventing a site administrator from deleting their own admin account by mistake.

Accessibility: password visibility toggles are now labeled

Screen readers now correctly announce password show/hide controls.

The password-visibility toggle buttons on login, registration, and password-change forms now have proper, dynamically updating labels for screen readers.

Updated language around how AI visibility checks work

Marketing and product copy now accurately describes how checks are performed.

Copy that previously implied continuous, real-time monitoring of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity has been rewritten to accurately describe how Onxeera actually generates results: AI-driven research performed when you run a check, not live, ongoing polling of those platforms.

Free tier adjusted

The free plan now includes 2 checks per month, per tool.

The free-tier monthly limit was updated from 3 to 2 checks per tool, reflected consistently across pricing copy and account usage displays.
