AI Brand Knowledge Graph

Teach AI exactly who your business is.

AI assistants piece your business together from your website, profiles and listings. When the facts are missing or don't match, they guess. Build one complete, consistent, machine-readable profile and publish it everywhere AI looks.

How it works

One profile. Every format AI reads.

01

Your facts, in one place

Name, type, description, services, locations with addresses and hours, people, official profiles and FAQs. Pre-filled from your own website where it already says them.

02

Checked against your site

We read your homepage and contact page and flag missing facts and conflicts, like an old phone number in your structured data.

03

A connected schema graph

Organization, website, every location, services and people as one JSON-LD graph with stable IDs, ready to paste into your homepage.

04

llms.txt and key facts

A plain-text summary for AI tools and a visible key-facts block for your About page, both generated from the same facts.

05

Consistent descriptions

Short, medium and long descriptions written only from your facts, so every directory and profile says the same thing.

06

Connected to your fixes

The AI Visibility Fixer's schema fix uses your profile, and AI Reputation checks whether AI now describes you correctly.

Why consistency matters

Same facts, everywhere.

When your website, Google Business Profile, directories and social profiles agree on your name, address, phone, services and areas, AI systems can match them to one business with confidence. Contradictions make them hedge, or pick a competitor whose facts are clear.

Brand knowledge questions

What is a brand knowledge graph?

A connected, machine-readable description of your business: the organization, its website, locations, services, people, official profiles and common questions, each linked to the others. Search engines and AI systems use this kind of structured data to understand who a business is and to match facts from different sources.

Will this make ChatGPT or Gemini recommend me?

Nobody can guarantee that. Complete, consistent facts remove guesswork: AI is less likely to confuse you with someone else, give an old phone number or leave out a service. Measure the effect with Prompt Research instead of taking anyone's word for it.

Where do the facts come from?

From you. Onxeera can pre-fill empty fields from what your own website already says (its structured data, contact details and linked profiles), and marks those fields so you can confirm them. Nothing is invented.

What do I get?

A schema.org JSON-LD graph for your homepage, a FAQPage block, an llms.txt file, a key-facts block for your About page, and short, medium and long descriptions to use on every profile. Plus a check that shows where your website is missing or contradicts your facts.

What is llms.txt, and does it matter?

llms.txt is a proposed standard (llmstxt.org) for giving AI tools a plain summary of a site. Major AI search engines have not confirmed that they use it, so we treat it as an optional extra, not a ranking factor. Structured data and visible, consistent facts matter more.
