Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Onxeera (the “Service”), operated by Onxeera (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. The Service
Onxeera is a software platform that helps you check, track, and improve your brand’s visibility across AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. Audit scores and recommendations are generated using AI analysis and are provided for informational purposes — they are estimates of AI visibility, not guarantees of search ranking, citation, or business outcomes.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Onxeera.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Plans. Onxeera offers a Free plan with limited monthly audits, and paid Starter, Pro, and Agency subscription plans with higher or unlimited usage, billed monthly.
Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you’ll retain access until then, and we don’t provide partial-month refunds for early cancellation.
Refunds. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time. We’ll give you reasonable notice before any price increase takes effect for your account.
Free tier limits. Free accounts are limited to a fixed number of audits per month, which resets monthly. We may adjust free-tier limits at our discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to audit websites you don’t have the right to analyze for commercial misuse
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, including through multiple free accounts created to avoid paying for a subscription
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service without our permission
- Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, misleading content, or material that infringes on others’ rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Onxeera and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes — it doesn’t give you ownership of the platform itself.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as your website URLs or content for optimization). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
6. Third-Party AI Services
Our audit features rely on third-party AI models (including Anthropic’s Claude) and web search to generate results. We don’t control, and aren’t responsible for, the accuracy, completeness, or availability of these third-party services. Audit results should be treated as guidance, not as guaranteed facts about your AI search visibility.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit scores will improve your actual visibility in any AI engine or search result.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onxeera and its team won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate termination is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
